Fastweb + Vodafone has adopted an internationally certified data protection and cybersecurity framework (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, CSA STAR Level 2). In 2025, we obtained ISO/IEC 42001 certification for AI management systems in anticipation of the EU AI Act. These certifications strengthen consumer trust and confirm that our commitment goes beyond mere regulatory compliance.

Training

Artificial intelligence

Fastweb + Vodafone evaluates AI systems through a risk-based AI governance process that assesses compliance, security, transparency, quality and fairness. We conduct assessments on all AI projects we use, with regard to European regulation, personal data protection, copyright compliance and ethics.

Data protection

Fastweb + Vodafone has implemented a data protection and privacy management system based on internationally recognised standards. The approach adopted is structured and multidisciplinary, based on a Privacy Organisational Model compliant with GDPR and fully integrated into the company's Compliance Management System. The model is built on the principle of accountability and a decentralised responsibility system that actively involves all organisational levels, ensuring comprehensive and informed data protection management.

Cybersecurity

At Fastweb + Vodafone, we have two Security Operation Centres, located in Milan and Bari, which monitor cyber-attack threats 24 hours a day, also conducting vulnerability assessments and preventive mitigation through advanced security solutions, fraud management systems, multi-factor authentication, supplier risk audits and other measures. They are supported by a team of specialists and work in close collaboration with Italian Police cybercrime experts.
