To this end, we build opportunities for contact and relationship with universities, also by participating in the Associate Programs promoted by various universities (such as, for example, Bocconi University and the Polytechnic of Milan), as well as academies and master's programs, to address orientation and training needs and promote real experiences for the development of innovative skills.
There are various moments of meeting and participation in events and initiatives whose focus ranges from technological innovation to project work, to how to effectively face a job interview, without neglecting moments of comparison and reflection on Gender Equity and the role of women in STEM subjects.
