The Catalog includes all ILEX courses, Power Skills courses such as Public Speaking, Time Management, Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Complex Problem Solving, as well as courses on Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, English... and much more!

ILEX

Internal Learning Experience is a program that allows people with professional or technical skills to share them with colleagues. This approach values company experience and promotes effective learning through common language, concrete examples, and an Active Learning framework.

E-learning

Fastweb + Vodafone offers all its people a license to access online course platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, and Skillsoft, with thousands of learning paths on business, technical, and professional content. These platforms enable upskilling and reskilling, skill development, and support professional growth, transforming change into opportunities and preparing people for future challenges.

Managerial Training

At Fastweb + Vodafone we support the development of managerial skills with a training offering dedicated to both new and experienced managers, also available on demand. For all leaders, training courses are provided to develop and strengthen key leadership skills, and dedicated programs are offered each year based on specific emerging needs or strategic areas to develop.
For example, for 2026, a program will be available that guides managers in the conscious adoption of Artificial Intelligence.

Technical and Professional Training

Technical training is linked to the core business and aims to develop updated skills on networks, Data Science, and technologies such as 5G and Artificial Intelligence. Professional skills include abilities such as Project Management, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies, which are fundamental for business objectives. This approach combines classroom, online, and blended training with targeted paths to support continuous people development.

Certifications

Fastweb + Vodafone regularly organizes technical certification paths that increase the value of skills and equip the company with professional profiles to compete in the market more effectively. Some examples of organized certification programs include standard-oriented paths such as CISM, CISSP, CEH, PMI/PMP, or vendor-oriented ones, such as MS Azure, AWS, Splunk.

Feedback

Within the training program, particular attention has also been paid to the Feedback tool, a fundamental development lever for professional growth: every employee can request and receive feedback from another colleague on their work at any time, in a simple and direct way.

Tour of Duty

It is a program that allows, for a limited period, working in a different team to broaden the vision of processes and test oneself. During the Tour of Duty, value is created for everyone: participants develop new skills, the host function acquires new perspectives, and the original function welcomes back a more motivated and professionally strengthened person.

Coaching

Coaching is a structured development path aimed at enhancing people's abilities, resources, and skills.
It is guided by a qualified professional (coach), who supports the coachee in identifying the main areas of growth and defining a program aimed at achieving their professional objectives. The paths can be individual or group-based and are designed to foster greater awareness, strengthen personal effectiveness, and support role development. Situational coaching paths are also available, structured in one or two sessions, designed to help the person clearly analyze a specific situation and address it effectively and in a targeted manner.

Mentoring

Mentoring is a strategic development lever that values the relationship between Mentor and Mentee, creating a structured space for dialogue aimed at fostering personal and professional growth, acquiring new knowledge, and strengthening managerial capabilities. Through moments of dialogue and sharing of experiences, mentoring supports the development of potential, facilitates the understanding of organizational contexts, and helps prepare people to face professional challenges with greater awareness.

At Fastweb+Vodafone, mentoring is structured into three programs:

Professional Mentoring

To support skills development and accompany growth paths in the role.

Managerial Mentoring

Dedicated to strengthening leadership and management capabilities in complex contexts.

Young Mentoring

Aimed at younger colleagues, with the objective of supporting them in discovering the organization, its dynamics, and company culture, fostering from the beginning solid foundations for integration and future development.
