Whistleblowing

For the purpose of reporting violations and/or irregularities defined in internal policies and current regulations, Fastweb and Vodafone Italy encourage reporting such irregularities, ensuring confidentiality and protection for the reporter (whistleblower).
Both companies have always promoted a corporate culture of integrity and transparency and, in this light, adopt a Whistleblowing Policy that provides dedicated channels and procedures for managing reports of illicit conduct, ensuring confidentiality and protection for the whistleblower in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/23 (implementation of EU Directive 2019/1937 on Whistleblowing).
All reports are managed through a predefined process which ensures unbiased analysis and responsibility in the management of an independent function. A notification of receipt is expected (within 7 days of the report) and a feedback (within 3 months of the notice).
What to report?
The report may concern information relating to potential violations of the law and behaviors that do not comply with internal procedures and rules, as well as irregularities which may cause damages to Fastweb and Vodafone Italy.
Who can report?
The whistleblower can be an employee, collaborator or supplier.
Reports relating to services are not handled according to the Whistleblowing Policy. To send complaints, reports of technical disruptions, billing problems or administrative requests, please use the Customer Care channels exclusively.
