Fastweb Digital Academy

Fastweb Digital Academy is a free training hub, open to all, designed to accelerate the connection between young people and the job market and to support upskilling and reskilling for workers through specialised learning paths in new digital skills.

Our courses

The Academy’s courses focus on digital skills that span from Design to Programming, from Digital Marketing & Social Media to Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence, complemented by soft skills programmes and professional training paths for Cybersecurity specialists. At the end of each course, learners who complete a final test receive a digital certificate (open badge).

Social impact

Fastweb Digital Academy generated an economic benefit of over €7 million in 2025, according to an impact evaluation model developed by Altis Advisory, a spin-off of Università Cattolica di Milano. The Academy received the “Premio Impatto” (“Impact Prize”) at the 2025 CSR and Social Innovation Fair.

LV8

LV8 (Level 8) is a free learning game designed to acquire certified digital skills. It offers young people aged 16+ a training path introducing the digital skills most in demand in the labour market: from writing a professional email to coding fundamentals and responsible use of AI. Thanks to a gamification-based approach, LV8 helps new generations discover their strengths, approach the professional world and gain concrete tools to make informed future choices.
LV8 is available both as a mobile app and as a desktop version accessible via browser.

Main learning paths

Students and teachers can choose between various learning journeys: 8-level adventures on basic digital skills, programming concepts and the conscious use of generative AI, as well as Mission Impossible and team-based activities on current issues such as cyberbullying and fake news. Additional modules focus on understanding the Italian education system and post-diploma opportunities.
