Mobility at
Fastweb + Vodafone

Fastweb + Vodafone has developed a corporate mobility program designed to make commuting simpler, more efficient and more sustainable, improving people’s day-to-day experience while making a tangible contribution to reducing environmental impact. The program brings together a range of initiatives designed to simplify everyday mobility, from the corporate shuttle service to the NeXXt Headquarters and the digital parking reservation system, to Mobility Company, the platform available to everyone at Fastweb + Vodafone, providing access to services, special offers and tools that support more conscious travel choices.
This initiative is part of a broader journey that increasingly puts people at the center, promoting mobility that is more integrated, digital and focused on wellbeing.

Mobility Company:

all your mobility needs in one platform
Available via app and desktop, Mobility Company enables users to plan, purchase and access services for commuting and leisure travel, with exclusive offers and tools designed to make mobility simpler, more affordable and more sustainable.
The platform includes a range of dedicated modules:

Ride&Go

providing real-time access to services including taxis, shared mobility, parking, EV charging and public transport.

Benefits

featuring dedicated discounts and special offers on fuel, rail travel, shared mobility and a wide range of other partners.

Ticket

for requesting and managing public transport passes, with the option to pay in instalments through payroll deductions.

Carpooling

for sharing the commute with colleagues, reducing traffic and emissions while creating new opportunities for connection and collaboration.

Activities

the gamification module that rewards sustainable travel and encourages positive mobility habits.

News

an information hub featuring company initiatives, sustainable mobility news and updates on available services.

Results achieved in 2025

In 2025, the Mobility Company platform once again proved to be a key resource for the everyday mobility of Fastweb + Vodafone colleagues. More and more people chose to use it for their journeys, helping to build a more participatory mobility culture.
Environmental savings are calculated using the distance-based method and DEFRA emission factors. The methodology compares the emissions associated with making the same journey by car with those generated by the sustainable mode of transport selected (metro, train, tram, bus, walking, cycling, e-scooter, etc.). For carpooling, the benefit reflects vehicle sharing with at least one passenger.

For Activities:

Saving = km × car emission factor − km × emission factor of the mode used.
For cycling, e-scooter and walking journeys, the emission factor is zero.

For Carpooling:

an average of 2 people per vehicle is assumed:
Saving = km × car emission factor − km × (car emission factor / 2).
