Board of the Statutory Auditors
The Board of Statutory Auditors of Fastweb S.p.A. is the corporate control body responsible for overseeing compliance with the law and the Articles of Association, adherence to the principles of sound administration and, in particular, the adequacy of the organisational, administrative and accounting structure adopted by the Company, as well as its effective functioning.
The Board of Statutory Auditors also positively oversees the independence of the external auditing firms.
