Milan, July 2, 2026 – Fastweb + Vodafone stands with the population affected by the earthquake in Venezuela with initiatives to facilitate communications between people and their loved ones.
All Fastweb customers with prepaid SIM cards are offered unlimited data, minutes and SMS to and from Venezuela. For all other Fastweb customers, the cost of calls from fixed and mobile networks, SMS, data and roaming, to and from Venezuela, is equated to that of European Union traffic conditions.
Vodafone Italy and ho. Mobile customers located in Venezuela can call, send SMS and browse according to European Union roaming conditions, which allow them to use their national plan without any surcharge on traffic. It is possible to check how many GB can be used at voda.it/euroaming. Vodafone Italy and ho. Mobile customers who have recently been in Venezuela or have made calls from Italy to Venezuela have 1,000 free minutes of calls to mobile and fixed numbers in Venezuela available.
The Fastweb, Vodafone and ho.mobile initiatives are valid from today until July 31, 2026.
