Milan, July 14, 2026 - The Milan Court has rejected with an order dated July 13, 2026 the precautionary appeal filed by Inwit against Fastweb.
Inwit had asked the Court to adopt urgent measures aimed at blocking the effects of the termination of the service contract (Master Service Agreement) communicated by Fastweb. The judge completely rejected the appeal.
In its evaluation, the Court ruled out the reasonable probability of acceptance of Inwit's claim on the merits (fumus boni iuris), accepting Fastweb's arguments.
Fastweb takes note with satisfaction of the decision and reaffirms its confidence in the judicial process, which will continue for the decision on the merits.
