STEP FuturAbility District, the Milan-based experiential space dedicated to understanding digital transformation, is introducing a new and exciting experience. Starting tomorrow, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in DIGITAL YOU, a cutting-edge installation that takes the visitor experience to new levels of engagement, reaffirming STEP’s role as a reference point for the dissemination of digital culture and a window into the future.
The result of a collaboration with NTT DATA, a global leader in technology services and digital business, DIGITAL YOU enables visitors to create their own Digital Self.
Through a simple selfie and the processing of interactions along the route, the installation generates a personalized and futuristic avatar that reflects each visitor’s choices and inclinations. The avatar’s visual identity is based on three key elements: the preferences expressed regarding the UN 2030 Agenda Goals, the interest shown in the jobs of the future presented within STEP, and the FuturAbility profile generated during the visit, which measures each visitor’s propensity for the future.
Thanks to a sophisticated generative artificial intelligence model developed by NTT DATA, visitors receive a personalized digital card at the end of the experience, also available in printed photographic format. This card provides a visually engaging and symbolic summary of the journey experienced at STEP.
The launch of DIGITAL YOU also marks the beginning of the partnership between STEP FuturAbility District and NTT DATA, in its role as Technological Partner.
