Fastweb+Vodafone announces the launch of MonitorConsumi, the new service designed to increase transparency and help users make more informed decisions about their energy consumption. It is available to all Fastweb Energia residential customers equipped with 2G smart meters.
MonitorConsumi is a fully digital service that can be activated for free via the customer’s reserved area on the Fastweb website, with no need to install any device in the home. Customers can activate it after at least 30 days from the start of their electricity supply. The service allows residential users to smartly monitor their monthly electricity usage through an intuitive and user-friendly dashboard. By breaking down the data, the interface enables users to track both total and daily consumption and introduces an innovative feature for analyzing energy usage by individual category. This way, customers can precisely assess their consumption patterns and adjust their habits based on accurate and detailed data.
Moreover, based on consumption habits, the service provides useful tips to promote more sustainable behavior, reduce waste, and improve the energy efficiency of the home.

Among the solutions designed for families, Fastweb offers the Fastweb Energia fixed-rate plan, its innovative electricity offer generated 100% from renewable sources and certified through GSE Guarantees of Origin. It simplifies the lives of Italian families by offering them cost certainty for their energy consumption. The offer is available in three tiers, based on the customer’s selected annual consumption threshold, starting from €50 per month for 1,500 kWh per year (for residential customers with 3 kW of committed power). Fastweb or Vodafone customers, whether mobile or landline, are eligible for a discount on the energy plan subscription fee.
